We will help you organize birthday parties, anniversaries and receptions.

As a birthday party room, we offer a glass gallery that is spacious and can accommodate up to 90 people. The bright hall is warm even in winter and is ideal for any anniversary: birthday, anniversary or wedding.

In addition, there is a large party hall or chimney hall in Ruunawere Post manor, which is located on the second floor of the Post Office building. The hall can accommodate up to 70 people (U-shaped table layout).

In summer (but why not also in winter) it is possible to have a party outdoors. The stand-up stand and barbecue area away from the hotel have everything you need for an outdoor party.

Ruunawere has speakers and a mixer. If you wish, we can help you order to live music.

We can accommodate up to 52 anniversary guests.
There are 3 Suites, 4 Premium Rooms and 8 Standard Rooms at your disposal.

For birthday guests, Ruunawere has 3 large suites with a fireplace and a sauna, as well as 4 Superior, 3 Standard and 3 Family Rooms (2 – 5 beds in a room). In addition, there is a private Postmen house for a romantic private holiday for two. In total, we can accommodate up to 45 people in existing beds. Extra beds are possible in some rooms.

Sauna center

You can enjoy private sauna pleasures in the brand new sauna center on the basement of Ruunawere. The sauna center has 4 saunas and hot tubs – a juniper country sauna, an aroma sauna and a hot tub, or a completely private use of the Turkish-Roman sauna, steam bath and hot tub is what will help you fully relax and unwind.

In addition, it is possible to rent the hall part of the sauna center, be it for meditation and yoga, a small private seminar or an equally pleasant gathering.

We cater to your every wish when it comes to catering for a birthday party.
Delicious food is prepared in Ruunawere’s kitchen.

Birthday catering

At the party table we offer traditional as well as new interesting flavors. We will definitely take into account your special wishes regarding the menu. It is possible to order a welcome table / champagne table.
